miss. ------ of -------, sc.--UH...YES MAAM I can find your Husbands lost stash of silverware and coins.!!!and miss ----- gave me the key to the old guest home outside around the back of the property.stanley *(MY FRIEND) and me unlocked the old guest home after WD-40 went to work on the lock and we finally creeked our way inside!! more antiques than a flea market and crammed room to room. Ole miss ---- said its been 27 years since she last opened the guest house. we found the safe she said was in the library and she had written the combo on an envelope.15-35-56 thats all the combo was!! so i zeroed the dial and began..clickity,clickety,click...as i turned the handle to unopen the safe door...the must,and odor of a bygone era flowed from the safe interior...smells like document aged thrice and a money Morgue !!!but we saw the contents instantly-"Silverware,coins and old paper money*(1930's)O.K. so heres the deal lets see the coins first!! trays full!!gold and silver dollars, medallions,half dollars and the rest of the safe was silverware from way back-SILVER!!but the documents were intresting to! the oil investment from the first exxon co. "ENCO" 2100 shares 1928 at $1.75 a share. so thats what she was saying about the inheritance being some oil revenues for her grandchildren-POOR SONS OF A $*%TCHES got that much royality and coins and all these dern antiques??? "Did you find the safe mr.parker? yes maam and according to these documents the revenues are $1.75 per share !now at todays prices-$57.00 per share times 2100=$199,700 in pure revenue!do the math! she thanked us and we were paid $500. 00 for our troubles! and we left...poor miiss ----!plus , she will let us hunt her property for a month to find whatever is under the erath on her 125 acre home !! so, until fall-have a goodin!!
